Dan MacKay says: These were in the house, in my room for as long as I can remember. Gary says they’re paint by numbers. As a child the scenes portrayed seemed inscrutable - almost telling a story and yet leaving so much mystery. The moon, clouds, stars, and settings were almost the same. Were the people the same, in different costumes? Was it two images from the same party, with different people?

Mike Blades writes: A couple more pictures of Mom with a copy of the backs. One says “For my best brother Harry your sister Heddy” The other says “For my best brother Harry - Remember me sometimes please Heddy”. The latter in English interestingly. The picture was taken in the walled courtyard that shows up in so many other pictures and there is the little girl identified as Lillianne in other pictures … Unfortunately no dates.
