On Sunday, September 30, 2012, Victor put Harlow out to have a pee before church just like he does every other day of the year. But this day, Harlow didn't come back! Victor was worried sick and searched everywhere. At noon on Friday, we called the HRM Animal Services line and described the dog. An hour later, Jennifer from Full Circle Vet called Victor to say she had Harlow!
