Just looking at Jake O'Shaughnessey's Sourdough Book recipe for sourdough pancakes, I think that's going to be my breakfast tomorrow; His recipe is called "The American Slapjack" -- see Books from this book - I bought it in 1977.
Maybe today I'll make some classic oatmeal bread in the bread machine.
