They all, every single one, except for Lynn, declined or backed out at the last minute. ===Audience=== * Guest Book "Add me to your list" list is almost usless for a number of reasons. Instead we should have had brochures and people could email *us.* * Didn't get enough feedback. Should have had small feedback forms, a desk, and a box to put them in. ===Tech=== * [3] wireless roving mic for quiet speaking people * [2] put the screen behind the speakers and Dan brings up the encyclopedia page with photos as people discuss a particular topic * Don't need the slideshow or the music (except at the beginning for fun) * Bring the god damned Elderberries brochures ==Do the same== * The room, food, people, discussions, speakers ... everything was amazing, everyone involved did a wonderful job. * [2] The 10 minute breaks every hour, e.g. sessions were 3:00 - 3:50 * Ask Me Anything buttons were good and good souvenirs.
