- How can we ease the Secretary's workload? My idea is to download some of the local arrangements for the Salon, but others might have better ideas. In Elderberries' early years, a lot of the workload fell to the Chair (which then was me), so I understand how assorted tasks can gradually devolve onto one person.
- The idea is not to reduce the Secretary's role in Elderberries, but to free up time to fulfill that major role without becoming de-energized by a bevy of unrelated tasks. Also another Board member "without portfolio," or perhaps even a new Board member, could take on a more essential role in Elderberries.
