This page is for planning the 2018 Elderberries Salon during Pride Week

• Date: Sunday, 22 July, 2018, 3-7pm
• Location: Gallery, back of Plan B, Gottingen St

Here are several variants of the original proposal

Planning

• Record the stories for posterity? Maybe? Need to decide early.
• Do we need bridge funding? Dan can do it.
• Get a sample Safe Spaces document from Adam
• Ditto Active Listener training powerpoint

Catering

• we will want at least one food person on deck at all times
• We buy boxes of frozen hors d'ouvres and the volunteer just continuously heats and serves 'em.

Room Layout

• Chris Aucoin's History Display: Chris will make us a smaller version.
• Back Corner kitchen side: table with Storytellers.
• Back Corner non-kitchen side: history display, Scott's stories, photo slideshow.
