Pearl Couscous

Ingredients

2 cpearl couscous
2 cwater
oil
celery
onions
chopped tomatoes
zucchini
carrot
basil

Steps

  1. Boil pearl couscous in water. Watch carefully as it will foam.
  2. While it's boiling, warm oil in any pan and sautée celery, onions, chopped tomatoes, zucchini, carrot until soft and the onions are golden.
  3. Mix together and add basil.
