Mushroom Rice
We have had this at family functions for at least 40-45 years. We have always just called it Aunt Grace’s rice. My husband doubles it when he takes it in to the ED for pot lucks because it’s always gone before he gets back there. I hope you all enjoy it! For such a good side, it takes less than 5 minutes to get ready :-) We serve it with any type of meat- ham, pork, chicken, steak. Easy side for cookouts with burgers and hot dogs!

Ingredients
1 can | sliced mushrooms |
2 cans | Campbell’s French Onion |
2 cans | Campbell’s Beef Consommé |
1 stick | butter |
2 cups | rice, non-instant |
Bust Out
cake pan (13x9) |
Steps
- Drain sliced mushrooms
- Mix Campbell’s French Onion, Campbell’s Beef Consommé, butter, rice, non-instant in a cake pan (13x9) or foil pan.
- Bake at 375°F for an hour or so: the liquid should all be absorbed.
