Mac & Cheese with Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

8 ozmacaroni
2 cchicken stock
1 tblbutter
¼ tspblack pepper
½ 10oz canmushroom soup
¼ cmilk
¼ ccheddar
¼ cparmesan

Steps

  1. Add macaroni, chicken stock, butter & black pepper to the Instant Pot.
  2. If the chicken stock is unsalted, add 1 tsp salt.
  3. Spoon mushroom soup on top. Do not stir.
  4. Set cook time to 4 minutes. Do not release pressure.
  5. While it's cooking, get cheeses ready.
  6. After the beep, set a timer to 2 minutes. Now release pressure.
  7. Add milk, cheddar, parmesan and stir just until combined.
