L'nu Rice Pudding
Apjelmultimkewe’l! L’nu rice pudding ! My father used to make this and serve it to us as a cereal breakfast. I only grew up with rice as a cereal and not as a side. In fact one time I was at a friends house and they served me pork chops and rice. I proceeded to add milk and sugar to the rice on the plate to the stares of everyone at the table. Everyone else sprinkled pepper and salt on it and I thought that was very weird. Mintu wikk ti !
For the milk: you can use whole milk, blend, or the best: heavy cream.

Ingredients
1 c | rice |
2 | eggs |
1 c | milk |
1 c | raisins |
¼ tsp | cinnamon |
¼ tsp | nutmeg |
¼ tsp | allspice |
½ c | maple syrup |

Steps
- Cook rice as usual.
- Preheat oven to 350°C.
- Break the eggs into the casserole and beat.
- Add the rice, whichever milk you chose, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, maple syrup
- Mix and bake for 45 minutes.
- Cool and serve with more milk or cream.
