Gateau Aux Bluets

Made 2024-01-06 as the "galette du roi:"

• added ¼ tsp each of cinnamon and nutmeg, and
• ⅛ tsp mace;
• 2 c of blueberries is way too much. Next time maybe ¾ c.

Really nice tasting cake with a crunchy top.
