Japanese Ginger Dressing
Norval says: This makes a thick dressing that you can use different ways; I typically add soya sauce and sesame oil to a salad, then top it with this dressing. I love it a lot.
You can't have too much ginger; use a whole bulb of garlic if they're small. Use your favourite sweet onion or shallot. Apple is optional.
Keeps well in the fridge.
