Ingredients

1 tblpaprika
1 tblsugar or equivalent
1 tspsalt
¼ tspcayenne
1egg
1 cupoil
¼ cvinegar

food processor or blender

Steps

    The oil can be sunflower, safflower, canola, corn and as with all dressing recipes, has to be really fresh.
  1. Put paprika, sugar or equivalent, salt, cayenne and egg in the food processor or blender and whirl for a few seconds.
  2. With it running, slowly drizzle in a quarter of the oil, and add 1 tbl of vinegar.
  3. Alternate oil and vinegar until they're gone.
  4. Stop, scrape down bowl, and
  5. pulse once to finish mixing.
