7 Minute or Boiled Icing

Boiled Icing is 1) beautiful 2) quick 3) foolproof and 4) cheap and 5) people lose their minds over it, and 6) the cake does not need to be cool to put it on. Frankly I don't understand why anyone makes any other kind of icing!
