I am reminded of the dark days at iStar when we used to give weekly tutorials to staff about what the internet is. Someone from Vancouver would travel all over the country to give these tutorials. Someone at the Halifax office (Moose maybe?) said, "Hey, why not have someone from the Halifax office give the tutorial to the Halifax people?" To which head office said "Oh, wow, is there someone there that could do that?" ...forgetting that the Halifax office was responsible for bringing the Internet to NS in the first place
