Editing Tuna - Egg Salad

Tuna Egg Salad by Norval Collins Makes lunch for four. ===Equipment=== * Large pot for boiling eggs & pasta ===Ingredients=== * 6 eggs, hardboiled * 2 c medium size pasta shapes, rotini, fusilli, scoobi doo, etc. * 2 tins of tuna * 1/2 c mayo * 1 tbl celery seed OR 1/4 c chopped fresh lovage OR 1/4 c celery leaf. * 3 polski orgoki pickles (or bread'n'butter, or dill, or your favourite), chopped * 2 tbl of the pickle juice * salt & pepper to taste ===Method=== * You can boil the eggs and cook the pasta at the same time in the same water * Drain pasta & cool, cool & shell the eggs * Flake tuna into pot, add mayo, celery / lovage, pickles, pickle juice * Mix pot ingredients, salt & pepper to taste * Slice eggs over top, garnish with more lovage
