Editing 2010-09-14 patches

Main pca patch log is in venus:/root/2010-09-14_patches Notice on shutdown: cannot remove pidfile /var/run/nrpe.pid - check your privileges After reboot, cswapache2 didn't come up because there was no /var/run/apache2/ directory. /var/run apparently gets cleared during a reboot. Change /etc/apache2/httpd.conf file to put the lockfiles into /var/run itself.
