DrupalUpgrade

To do an upgrade:

• follow Drupal notes as far as making the new site
  • set up apache
  • create database
  • create the directory etc in sites/
• start up the site and enter the database and let it install
• Enter the site name, contact etc
• install Backup Migrate https://www.drupal.org/project/backup_migrate
  • Enable Backup Migrate, it will offer "Proceed to the upgrade form"
  • http://new.wayves.ca/upgrade
  • the public files directory is /etc/drupal/7/
• probably should install the Simple Ad https://downloads.minnur.com/drupal/simpleads
• there seem to be two "Comments" fields in Article content-type, delete both
• there's a blank "Basic Page" type, delete the one with lower case p
• in Structure > Content Types > Article there are TWO comment fields. delete one and disable the other
• Enable full_html content type with: http://new.wayves.ca/admin/config/content/formats/manage/full_html
• CKeditor is not showing the photo - had to go into the CKEditor config and save it.
