Norval and Mike and Phil joined me in Phoenix after a conference. We went to Flagstaff for three days, and Vegas for a couple. From Flagstaff we did a day trip to the Grand Canyon and an afternoon hike up the Sycamore Canyon, then a fun evening in the nearby hippy town of Jerome. From Las Vegas we did a day trip to Lake Mead for some tanning.
