if i recall correctly we are headed to Indian Fields for a canoe/camping trip. There was a cabin on the lake.

Mike says, “I tolk this photo of the Abegweit on Tuesday in Chicago. She still looks good.”

Mike writes: We just had a dinner in honour of Mom.

I remember when we were young, probably before she remarried, she would make us hamburger, mashed potatoes, and peas. Do you remember that Gary?

So we had the same dinner last night. Sooo good. I trrew some beans in too.

This year we went to a woodlot and cut our own tree. It’s the first time that I’ve gone into the woods to cut a tree since being a teenager in Barrington many, many years ago. I recall being in Grade 6 and being allowed, with a small group of rowdies, to tromp off into the forest behind the Elementary school to cut the school tree. It was usually a half day affair. Unsupervised. Imagine that happening these days. Someone would bring a cigarette or two and we would have a smoke.
