Notes for Basil Edward Blades
Paul and Brian were the sons of Basil Blades who built the huge fishery building called Sable Fish Packers near South Side Beach. I was told once that Basil was responsible for saving the fishing industry on Cape Sable Island. Paul Blades who might have been one grade ahead of you married Pauline Raymond (the goddess) but I think they were divorced. Brian Blades married Bonnie Pierce (who might have been in your class). He was younger. Nathan is Brian’s son.
