First: It gives NovaSol Inc. customers a good understanding how a Solar (PV) System looks like, what is involved and how it works., Second: This system supplies the power to run NovaSol’s two offices with all it associated lights and business machines and a weather station. Or in other words NovaSol’s offices run 100 % pollution free on green energy. Another big advantage with this set-up is that we don’t experience any computer crashes when the occasional power outages occur., Third: In case of a power outage we can, with the flip of a switch, add emergency loads to the solar system. That means when the power goes out we are still able to run the fridge, the oil furnace and all lights and electronic equipment including power tools. End of February 2004 we will install another inverter which will run the whole system more efficiently and is capable to power the deep well pump too.,
