(Shopping List: Turkey Sausage (italian mild), penne, Parmesan cheese (block, $10), three fresh tomatoes, mild cold cuts, farmers marble cheese, large can of peaches, chocolate, graham wafers, marshmallows, apples, pita bread, 1/2 loaf Ben's 100% whole wheat, maple syrup, 3 heads broccoli)
Saturday
- Breakfast: Scrabbled eggs & bacon, pancakes, canned fruit coffee, Milk, leftover broccoli & cheese omelet (cook the eggs & pasta for lunch now too) & toast (how are we going toast bread dan? ''I have a toaster in my kitchen pack eh'')
- Morning Snack: PB&J Sandwich
- Lunch: Tuna fish salad sandwiches, Pita bread with cheese & coldcuts
- Snack: Fruit (apples, oranges)
- Supper: Spaghetti and Meat Balls
- Snack: s'mores, Popcorn
(Shopping List: Eggs x 8, Bacon, 1c pancake mix, Large Can of Pears, Milk 2L plastic 2% Scotsburn, coffee, strawberry jam, peanut butter, butter, mayo, Lipton soup, hamburger, popcorn, 2 cans of diced tomatoes, bacon (2 kinds), 3 cans tunafish, 2nd 1/2 loaf bread, apples, oranges, onion, carrots, spaghetti)

Sunday
- Breakfast: bacon & eggs, cereal for the kids
- Morning Snack: oatmeal cookies (bought?)
- Lunch: KD + weiners
- Snack: Victoria Sponge
- Supper: canned beans & weiners (chicken weiners for Gabe)
- Snack: Bannock & Peanut Butter
(Shopping List: sponge cake mix, another dozen eggs, another lb of bacon, wieners (2 kinds), 2 large cans of canned beans, oatmeal cookies, KD x 3, big jar of jam)
