  • AMANDA will send out invitations
  • So - let’s try using Slack

Discussion of how we handle email - maybe expand the “How do I contribute” page on our website.

Graphic Design project - Sylvia

  • logo: both hand drawn letters and type font letters are good
  • library cards: maybe have user name and not email address on them
  • we don’t really need to laminate them
  • Updating Booklets:
  • Can we make a giant logo for teeshirts? Sure!
  • We could do a day to screen print a bunch of stuff
  • There will be a screen Print Orientation Oct 1.

Zine & Book Sale

  • We’re going to have a table at Eye Level, and here, and outside on the street
  • Mattie will go through our distro and set things up so older material moves out to make room for new materials
  • There is a Facebook event which we can share.
  • Mattie got a list of volunteers

Distro policy

  • … as presentedf by Amanda
  • the wiggle room on our “commission” is important - we might want it to be zero for some things
  • Distro group can decide what zines we want to order

Window

  • Mattie & Katie are implementing a zine display into the windows with a weekly rotating theme

Online Event: zine store on line

  • more engaging presence online
  • how it would work
  • only practical locally; addin mailing costs adds a bit of complexity
  • pros and cons: could be a lot of work
  • 24 Hour Live Stream Zine Challenge
  • Digitized Workshops
  • Video introduction to Rad Storm
  • The diamond in the treasure chest: VR tour of the Archive!
