Suggested Website File Structure

This page documents a suggested file structure for the HGMC "members only" section of the website.

I propose to put frequently used things (sheet music and the practice recordings) at the top, and less frequently used - meeting minutes at the bottom.

This is a place to publish documents for use by the Board and Singing Members. We will need a separate system to archive documents so they are available 10 or 100 years from now.

We can add categories / directories as necessary.

Within the "Members Only" tab:

• How to find things (text document describing where things are, FAQ or something)
• Society Documents, Policies & Procedures (directory)
  • Member Handbook (pdf)
  • Memorandum of Association (pdf)
  • Society Bylaws (pdf)
