This page documents a suggested file structure for the HGMC "members only" section of the website.
I propose to put frequently used things (sheet music and the practice recordings) at the top, and less frequently used - meeting minutes at the bottom.
This is a place to publish documents for use by the Board and Singing Members. We will need a separate system to archive documents so they are available 10 or 100 years from now.
We can add categories / directories as necessary.
Within the "Members Only" tab:
- How to find things (text document describing where things are, FAQ or something)
- Society Documents, Policies & Procedures (directory)
- Member Handbook (pdf)
- Memorandum of Association (pdf)
- Society Bylaws (pdf)
- Meeting Minutes (directory)
- Board Meeting Minutes (directory)
- 2019-11-25_Board.pdf
- 2019-12-02_Board.pdf
- Tech Team Minutes (directory)
- Program Committee Minutes (directory)
- Finance Committee Minutes (directory)
- (etc. etc. each committee gets its own directory for its meeting minutes)
