Editing 2022-11-12 Meeting

Meeting came to order at 2:00 at Dan's place. Tea was served. Present: Lynn, Kevin, Stephanie, Barend, Dan (notes) Amendments to Bylaws. We spent most of our time looking at the 51 (now 49) Bylaws and adjusting them to the way the Elderberries actually runs - or the way we want them to. Future Meetings * December: Carols + White Elephant Gift Exchange * January: No Talent Show * February: Craft Show & Tell * March: Book Talk! Two authors maybe: Bruce Bishop and/or Lynnette Richards * April: Unspecified * May: maybe drag queen, "how I do my makeup" or something else. The plans have been recorded on the page [[Program Ideas]]. Action items: * DAN will merge the requested changes into the Bylaws and send them to Lynn * LYNN will proof read the resulting bylaws document in preparation for sending them to the members and then to the RJSC. * DAN will book a piano player for December * DAN will talk to Bruce Bishop and Lynnette Richards * STEPHANIE will get the bookkeeping ready for the AGM * DAN will send a note to the boardmembers about how to use elderberries-board mailing list The meeting ended at 4:30pm
