At Smitty's, 1:30pm Present: Lynn Murphy, Mike Sangster, Barend Kamperman (notes) Regrets: Dan MacKay Topics dealt With: # The Elderberries will pay the $84.00 plus tax for the Elderberries Banner. It can be reused in the future. Motioned by Lynn, Seconded by Mike Sangster, Supported previously via email: Pauline & Allison. Carried unanimously. # Lynn Murphy will use her own wheelchair for the March. That means someone will have to fetch her in a large car/van in time, before we muster. Barend Kamperman will push her along in comfort. # Dan: Registration report: 11 registrants at the moment # Dan: On Saturday morning, DAN will 1) notify the people who are registered with all the info and 2) put the info up where the registration form is. That way we won’t get people saying, “I registered at 11:59 and you never emailed me back.” # Lynn was given 50 small bottles of Hand Sanitiser we can distribute to participants. Someone will have to pick these up from her apartment. # Barend will make an announcement about: the need for Social Distancing, the distribution of free hand sanitisers, free face masks for those that want them, the proper folding up of used masks and his collecting them in one garbage bag for disposal. # Lynn has been given her talking points as Spokesperson. But she'd like to get more background, to be able to supply more information, if asked. # Dan Mackay is the Elderberries sole Media Contact person for this event.
