When the bag was pulled off one fell and broke. $39.00 in donations. $90 total income. Allison deposited the money. (Allison corrects: $99) I had to purchase milk and Coffee Cream ($3.88.) I took a few photos see attachments Carolyn Gesner helped a bit at the first. It was hard to give her direction with folks pouring in. So, I just cobbled the arrangements together with some help from others at times. The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful about signing the key to the servery in and out. The meeting began at 2:30 pm due to my running around. Everyone seemed interested in discussing possible Second Sunday Salon topics. Alan Stewart made a rare appearance. I can supply more details about topics discussed in a writeup for the November newsletter. SUPPLIES: * We have no larger paper plates, napkins, whitener, ground (drip) coffee, butter knives, display platters (paper.) * We could have used an extension cord. * We 're almost out of paper towels. The large black coffee make did not heat up. Perhaps an inventory is in order before our next meeting. But there was plenty of food for all. It all worked out fine. I could not find the donation can anywhere, so I used a glass bottle instead. I'll know better what to do the next time.I don't think I missed anything; but, I'll let you know.
