All these persons are members of Elderberries, and have consented either orally or in writing to be candidates for election to the Board. * Chair: Dan MacKay * Past Chair: Lynn Murphy * Vice-chair: Allison Brewer * Treasurer: Anita Martinez * Newsletter Editor: Barend Kamperman * Board members at large: ** Scott MacNeil ** Laura Shepherd ** Mike Sangster ===Other nominations=== Secretary : The Nominating Committee regrets that we were unable to find a candidate for the position of Secretary. NSRAP representative : In earlier years NSRAP's representative for senior issues used to be considered a member of the Elderberries Board ex officio. This position has been in abeyance for a few years, and we suggest the Elderberries Board discuss whether we wish to reinstate it. If so, perhaps the Chair rather than the Nominating Committee should be the one to contact NSRAP. Nominations at the AGM : Nominations may also be made and seconded from the floor at the AGM.
