CHANGE Section 14, date of AGM, from “within three months” to “within 4 months” so that we can have our AGM in April. CHANGE Section 6e to CANADA. CHANGE Section 23, The number of directors shall be no more than eight (not less than five.) Section 16: Quorum at the AGM is *seven* members.
