- AUGUST 12: Date: Saturday, August 25, Time: Anytime after 3, plan to eat around 6, Particulars: BBQ will be ready so bring your BBQ’ables. Bring your own camp chair if possible. There may be live music!

- DECEMBER : Anita: "I don't think ordering out is necessary unless and until we know we will have way more folks in" Barend says: "Next time we should organise having music. I could bring a cd player and some Xmas cds at worst. Let's plan on song sheets. Probably a flash drive with a Xmas tunes menu could be played through a device. Most carols are public domain, can be dowloaded and copies printed cheaply. Live music is probably too expensive. Even if we don't sing, we could have nice background music."

Idea: 1) asking members to think about healthcare needs in advance of the meeting, 2) roundtable collection of people’s ideas of healthcare needs, 3) discussion of, say, the top 10, which gets recorded, and 4) making a report out of that
