Hello cherished Elderberry!

Once again, this is a minimal format Newsletter whilst we're between Editors. We will be asking for volunteers for Newsletter Editor in the next couple of weeks, but in the meantime, if you're interested, just write back. The job is easy, is just a few hours a month, and you're part of a team.

August Elderberries Event

Date: Sunday, August 14. Rain Date: 21st.

Place: Point Pleasant Park (NOT the Dingle Fleming Park). We'll be just off the parking lot, overlooking but not close to the beach and harbour. The walking is absolutely minimal.

We'll have a BBQ heated up so bring your burgers, hot dogs and shish kebaps.

As a special feature: that afternoon, the Shakespeare By The Sea company is presenting As You Like It at 1pm, as well as an evening performance of Pinocchio at 7pm, at the Battery. Admission is by donation.
