1. Organising speakers for MacPhee Centre's Pride Youth/Elders Storytelling event on Sunday 07/21 (1 PM - 4PM)
2. Planning or Prode Elders Hangout for Tues. 07/23 (1 PM - 4 PM)
3. Signing a cheque to reimburse Stephanie Brown for gas mileage $111.18
4. Planning Raymaond Tavel's Life 06/09 Celebration at the park in his name. (c/o Inglis and Barrington St. Hfx.)

We will NOT be having a July Second Sunday Salon - because we have two other events in July

BAREND will mail Stephanie's cheque

Treasurer’s Report: Bank + cash - outstanding cheque = about $613.

Apprentice Dan. We should advertise for an apprentice Dan. LYNN will contact a couple people about being Apprentice Dans.

DAN will make sure Lynn is on the Wayves mailing list.

Uses for the $500 Budget

• BAREND will ask Pride about beverages, food and cake. If we need to use some of our $500 to upgrade those, that’s totally OK.
• Travel Expenses
• Travel $$ for some speakers?

Ambassador

• Last Elders Hangout: if you see someone having a hard time, make sure everyone feels included.
• BAREND will be ambassador.

Sign language interpretation. $75 / hour?? BAREND will check to see if Pride is doing it.

KAITLIN will do merch table

Raymond Taavel Birthday Party

Gathering at 1:00. Start talking at 1:30

Ask members to bring chairs and folding tables - and extras.

Food budget : $120 max. DAN AND PAUL will bring the hots and hams

RENEE will bring the cake.

LYNN will tell the story about the first time she saw someone with a pink triangle on — Robin.

PAUL will cook the burgers that day.

DAN will print out some cards taking people to Raymond’s page in the H*R*E.

DAN will bring music equipment.

DAN will invite Darren to speak.
