- Amendments to Bylaws. We spent most of our time looking at the 52 (now 51) Bylaws and adjusting them to the way the Elderberries actually runs - or the way we want it too
- Future Meeting Plans. We planned the next few events

- December: Carols + White Elephant Gift Exchange
- January: No Talent Show
- February: Craft Show & Tell
- March: Book Talk! Two authors maybe: Bruce Brown and/or Lynnette Richards
- April: Unspecified
- May: maybe drag queen, "how I do my makeup" or something else.
Action items:
- DAN will book a piano player for December
- DAN will talk to Bruce Bishop and Lynn P
- STEPHANIE will get the books ready
- LYNN will proof read the resulting bylaws document
- DAN will send a note to the boardmembers about how to use elderberries-board mailing list
