4. Topics and Speakers for our 2nd Sunday Salons for the rest of 2019 Who's committed to present/speak? Trying new formats.

5.Re-imagining The Future of the Speakers Bureau "Beyond the GSAs" Taking the initiative to make presentations at Seniors Complexes, sympathetic and/or Affirming Churches/Synagogues/Organisations, universities, Halifax Gay Men's Chorus, other community or LGBTQ groups.)

6. Getting Our Non Board Members more involved. Board members need not lead every project or presentation. How can we encourage/approach members to head special projects/the Speakers Bureau. One off specified involvements for otherwise busy (non Board) members

7. Our Vision for the Elderberries' Future "Beyond Just Us" Broadening our appeal. Mixed generations involvement. New approaches/event salons. Trans involvement. Avoiding pessimism.
