McFarlands rental prices

• Folding Picnic table: $25 http://www.macfarlandsevents.com/catalogue/tables/rectangular-tables/plastic-folding-picnic-table/
• Folding chairs: $2.50 each

Month Before

• ANITA: Check on booking the park. Answer: it can't be booked.
• Figure out plans for chairs & tables. Answer: we will need two or three tables and perhaps ten chairs.
• DAN: Mention event to Raymond's boss, Bruce Boyd.
• DAN & BAREND: Write special instructions for this event
• DAN: Ask Kirby, Vance & Cecil if they have tables & chairs.
• DAN: Ask Dave LeBlanc if he can do the rental pickup & returns in his truck.
• Figure out who is going to bring cutlery, napkins, cups & plates.
• Arrange to borrow small propane BBQ

Week Before

• DAN: Call for volunteers for setup, teardown & litter patrol

Day Before

• ANITA: Pick up food & beverages (please add hot dogs and hamburgers - maybe real + vegan) & condiments
• ??? : Pick up rental stuff and store overnight
• Crosscheck & pack cutlery, napkins, plates & cups

Morning Of

• DAN : Bring BBQ & its table, set up and light
• ??? : Pick up tables & chairs & deliver to the park.

Day After

• ??? : Return rented stuff.
