Upcoming events

• March: all settled
• April: Cybelle
• May: maybe Scott Jones: "Concert" presentation with speakers -- Hugo is one --

Future:

• Danny Chandler has suggested an event in the Valley in the summer
• July: summer picnic
• August, after Pride: Tim MacKay
• September: AGM

ANITA will book the pagoda for the 12th (preferred) or 5th of July. DAN will check with Kirk about whether there will be coffee ANITA will talk to Lynn Barrett to tell her we'll be there for the End Of Life meeting on the 15th instead of the 8th. DAN will talk to Danny about doing the phone calls for each announcement DAN will ask Kirk for a graphic associated with the March 15th event

Newsletter

Newsletter will go out in the next few days; Lynn will send it to Anita who will add graphics and send it to Dan for distribution.

Survey Topics

• Possible multiple surveys, one per month:
  • Newsletter
  • Programming
  • Governance (e.g. Should the Elderberries incorporate?)

Should we call people who do not have computers? Yes. Maybe Danny will do it.

We should re-vamp the mission statement and use it more frequently.

Fundraiser:

There are things that we could do if we had a little money. If we were a Society we could do this more effectively - and get a bank account.
