Minutes, 1 November Meeting
Present: Hugo, Dan (notes), Lynn (Chair), Nick, Anita
Meeting came to order at 7:15
Approval of the minutes: Moved by Dan, seconded by Nick.
Robin has volunteered a guided tour of the Kent Monkman on November 16. ACTION: Lynn will include the art show tour information in her next mailout.
Meeting IV Business
Does not require any food planning except for coffee. We should bring our own coffee to Spencer House. ANITA will bring tea and coffee. LYNN will bring the milk and sugar.
We will ask people to volunteer for the Christmas event.
Meeting V
Invitation should
From 7:00 to 7:30 we'll have someone at the door.
DAN will bring some modest music arrangements.
NICK will arrange for the plates and chairs. Tea and coffee deal: ANITA and LYNN same November.
Meeting VI Should we try to coordinate the musical acts? NICK will contact Andrea Currie: possibly might be in town that weekend.
Can someone ask Patricia Martinson to read a poem at this event?
Meeting VII
Action: DAN will arrange something so that we can put pictures up on a screen. Hugo suggested that we scan the photos as they come in.
Letters to previous Over 30s members: these have gone out - about 35 of them. Probably about ten will be returned "address unknown" and the rest have been notified of the upcoming events, and that that is the last use of the Over Thirties mailing list.
Long Term Care Meeting: Sunday Afternoon, December 5th 2:00pm - 5:00pm, Company House.
Names will be presented to the general membership in November, and they'll be invited to suggest more, and vote.
This mini project is put off until some time in the future.
Suggestions: First Baptist, Bedford United, St John's United, Quakersk Unitarians

Expenses:
We will hold off on the whole financial consideration for a couple of months.
