Zoom meeting
Slate was passed unanimously.
Please thank Norval - the position of NSRAP rep is very VERY thankless hateful work but very valuable to the organization.
Lynn writes: As Mike says, thanks are due to the Board for helping Elderberries flourish during this trying 2020 - 2021 year. It would have been easy to close down during COVID, but instead Elderberries changed to Zoom meetings - not only once, but twice a month - to provide regular contact for all our members. The Newsletter continued to publish monthly, with enhanced visual content. Our funding request to the members raised a substantial sum to allow Elderberries to meet financial needs at a time when our normal fundraising channel (passing the hat at meetings) was closed. At the first Secret Elderberries Pride March, we marched beneath a new Elderberries Pride banner. Congratulations to all for good work! And didn't Allison represent us at a national-level meeting? But I forget the details.

Reminders re AGM :
1. Besides the two persons now nominated for the Board, further people may be nominated via mail or e-mail between now and the AGM, or from the floor at the AGM. Either the nominee must give consent at the meeting, or the nominator must have acquired written consent in advance.
2. Quorum for the AGM is seven Elderberries members. Non-members are welcome to attend, but they do not count toward the quorum. Only members have a vote.
We added 25 people to our email list in 2020, about the usual number, giving us 298 people on our mailing list, and 9 people who need to be contacted by phone.
540 people Like or Follow our Facebook group.
We have a HUGE pile of thank you cards from the kids at John Martin Jr High ready to share the next time we get together in person!
