Hello Cherished Elderberry Member!

I hope that you have enjoyed the Elderberries offerings since you've joined!

I'll be succinct: we need a few more people on the Elderberries board - the team that makes your Elderberries events and activities happen. The people on the board do two things:

Being on the board is fun, and involves but a few hours of work a month: a couple hours of attending a board meeting which is usually in the accessible gay meeting space on the Dalhousie campus, and, coming to the Second Sunday Salons too.

Most of the board members attend the events and we take turns in teams, setting up before, cleaning up after, greeting, moderating discussions etc - whatever needs to get done, which is not a lot.

If you would like to be on the team that makes the Elderberries continue to thrive, please write back!

-- Sincerely, Daniel MacKay ... on behalf of your Elderberries Board
