McFarlands rental prices

• Folding chairs: $2.50 each

Food we're buying

• Slab cake, maybe not with "Happy Birthday Raymond" on it.
• Hot dogs & hamburgers
• Buns for those
• Condiments
• Juice, pop & diet pop

Month Before

• ANITA: Check on booking the park. Answer: it can't be booked.
• Figure out plans for chairs & tables. Answer: we will need two or three tables and perhaps ten chairs.
• DAN: Mention event to Raymond's boss, Bruce Boyd.
• DAN & BAREND: Write special instructions for this event
• DAN: Ask Kirby, Vance & Cecil if they have tables & chairs.
• DAN: Ask Dave LeBlanc if he can do the rental pickup & returns in his truck. Answer: yes.
• Figure out who is going to bring cutlery, napkins, cups & plates.
• Arrange to borrow small propane BBQ
• Send out extra invites to:

Week Before

• DAN: Call for volunteers for setup, teardown & litter patrol
• Order the cake.
• DAN: Confirm with Dave LeBlanc 902-452-1800

Day Before

• ANITA: Pick up food & beverages (please add hot dogs and hamburgers - maybe real + vegan) & condiments
• DAVE : Pick up rental stuff and store overnight
• ??? : Crosscheck & pack cutlery, napkins, plates & cups

Morning Of

• DAVE : Pick up tables & chairs & deliver to the park.
• Volunteers: de-litter the park
• DAN : Bring BBQ & its table, set up and light

Day After

• ??? : Return rented / borrowed stuff.
