Details/other things I stipulated in my submission for funding:

• An accessible big tent or enclosed space, 10 large round tables with 80+ chairs.
• An ice cooler with assorted drinks,
• a (?' x ?') slide show screen,
• An ASL interpreter 😯
• a slab cake with "You Made History!" written on top of it,
• AV equipment for slideshow,
• honorariums for out of county "speakers and artists,"
• A merch table to sell our mugs, Scott's and Robin's books.
• Other add ons:-2 fans in case of heatwave,
• nearby accessible porta-potties and other useful features of the last Elders Hangout.
