- Dying while queer is often more complex. Who steps up?
- How to ensure the people we want making the decisions are actually empowered to do so?
- Family dynamics, family estrangements, family of choice.
- The fact that so many of us are childless makes estate planning more complex.
- Is there an estate at all, given how many of us live close to the bone. Who will deal with it?
- What are the steps needed to ensure the outcomes we want given that we *all* die?
