Bylaw Amendment Meeting

Meeting came to order

Lynn notified us of two long term members dying:

• Nora Kerr, original five subscribers , dying of something like dementia
• Bill Romkey of Rob & BIll, dying of stomach cancer

We went through updates to the Memorandum of Association and By-Laws — and got as far as Item 21.

Motion: we buy two $50 prepaid visa cards to be given away at the AGM: Anita seconds. We'll have a non boardmember will draw. Motion Passed. STEPHANIE will buy the Visa Cards. ANITA will write a cheque for $100 for Stephanie (the cards had an extra $11.90 charge.)
