Details

• Please show up at 5:30.
• Use the "Artists/Performers" entrance off Bell Road and follow the path to the "Artists/Performers" tent where you'll be welcomed
• We have an honorarium for you. We'll get it to you a couple weeks after.
• You must sign in to get your honorarium.

• We will be introducing ourselves so there is no need to provide a bio. The stage manager will remind you to give your pronouns.
• We will have food for you and the audience - some mix of light refreshments, no booze, and cake.

The Event

• We'll put some mix of elders and youth in nice chairs on a low platform
• The emcee or another Pride person will do Safer Space / Land Acknowledgements
• For the first hour, the emcee will have questions and story/speaking topics prepared for us and the youth, probably on index cards
• we may take a break and put fresh Elders and Youth at the table for the second hour
• For the second hour, we will invite discussion topics from the audience. If there aren't enough, we'll use more pre-prepared cards.
