2018 Financial Report for AGM: done. hunted for $30 which must have been the July collection, but we don't have the July/August statements. We fudged in an extra $30.

Chair's report: all good

• ALLISON will add a piece about a group called Enchanté.

Membership Report

New Board will be presented according to the slate listed here: 2019-03-10 AGM Meeting

Pride Event how it'll run:

• DAN will bring a teapot
• ANITA will bring some teacups
• ALLISON will check on tea brewing equipment
• Pride -- Adam & Patrick -- are making and serving all of the food
• DAN will buy another few $$ worth of food
