Brochure Update

DAN will make the changes to the brochure and produce a draft pdf.

New business

Speaker’s Bureau: a meeting was held on Saturday for all persons who had been speakers in the last year. We expressed gratitude for those who had taken part. We talked about what we wanted to do for next year and what name we’d like — Speaker’s Bureau — and elected a chair, Alison. Minutes were taken and will be forwarded to the Elderberries Board. We wold like to bring on some new people, e.g. people who spoke the previous year could perhaps be brought back. Hugo would like to be part of the Speaker’s Bureau. The Speaker’s Bureau would like to do a workshop on inclusive pronouns.

Citadel High: we have sent in our responses to the GSA event at Citadel High, and not heard a reply, so we don’t really have any closure.

Maybe we should start contacting GSAs as a whole?

August Event: do we have a venue yet? No. Include:

• bring chairs
• bring sunscreen
• bring your hat
• rain date is the following Sunday
• not going to contact the park

Pride Week Events

• we will be staffing a table at the street party. we’ll work out the shifts in email.
• we need to get our brochures done and printed and ready for the Information Booths
