AGM is a good idea, but we probably do not want to turn into a society at this AGM. What we do need to do is get a few more boardmembers; Lynn wants to step down as "chair" and Nick will be leaving.
Survey has been viewed and updated by the team, is ready to send out.
Survey: DAN will write an enthusiastic paragraph about the survey, LYNN will send it out. Note : Done!
LYNN will send out notice with deadline for the recipes.
DAN will provide bridge funding for the cookbooks; we'll print them in batches of 30 or so.
Price of the cookbook: we'll decide once we know how many recipes we have -- maybe aim at 1.5 x the cost of printing.
Fundraising dance: to be deferred until a future meeting.
Carol Sonier is Anita's new Elderberry team member.
LYNN: report on Long Term care. Hugo was working on the report, but it wasn't complete when he left. NSRAP will be completing that over the next couple of weeks, and meeting with Northwood.
LYNN will find out what the destination/ use of the NSRAP module is at the meeting in a couple weeks.
Remembrance Day wreath laying: NSRAP is probably doing a wreath, we can coordinate from them, maybe an elderberry will be laying it. Lynn will query whether they are doing a wreath.
Next meeting: November 28: Chez Lynn. Anita will make sure Carole is invited well ahead of time.
