Cider Making

We got on the road early on October 20th, 2007 and picked up a couple hundred pounds of apples from Ron in Scotch Village, and then another couple hundred from Dave in Kentville, then shovelled the trunk level full of deer apples at a roadside stand on the #1 heading west to Port Lorne for a total of about 600lb of apples.

By the time we got there, Bob had the cider press all set up and some other people were doing their apples.
